We’re excited to offer the Hall for hire to individuals, community groups, and organisations looking for a fantastic space to host events!
The hire fee is just £15.00 per hour, and this includes access to the main hall, the kitchen, and all available equipment (excluding the Audio-Visual equipment). If you’d like to use the Audio-Visual equipment, there’s an additional charge of £10 per session. To confirm your booking, payment of the hire charge is required.
Please be sure to check our Events Calendar to confirm the hall’s availability for your preferred date and time. Don’t forget to review the Terms and Conditions of Hire 2022.
To make a booking, simply reach out to our committee at maplebeckvillagehall@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your name, organisation (if applicable), and contact information
- The date you’d like to book and expected attendance
- The type of event (e.g., birthday party, meeting, etc.)
- Any equipment you’ll need (e.g., fridge, crockery, cutlery)
- The event start time (please include time for setup)
- The event end time (include enough time for clearing up and cleaning). If you need assistance with cleaning, an additional charge will apply.
- Any additional requests you may have
By contacting us, you’re agreeing to our Privacy Policy. Once we receive your details, a committee member will confirm your booking and discuss the deposit. Full payment and a deposit are required before your event. For regular users of the hall, payment is due monthly in advance. We’ll provide a receipt for any payments made. By submitting payment (either deposit or full), you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions.
Please note, bookings remain provisional until full payment is received. If payment is not received in time, the committee reserves the right to accept an alternative booking.
Special Event Pricing:
For weddings or similar large events that require access the day before for setup, the hire charge is £300. A deposit is necessary to secure your booking. Commercial organisations can also hire the hall at £300 per day or part of the day.
Discounted Rates for Maplebeck, Kersall & Winkburn Residents:
We offer a special discounted hire rate for residents of Maplebeck, Kersall, and Winkburn. For more details, please contact the committee at maplebeckvillagehall@gmail.com.
